I did a wee post a while ago getting all snotty about Twitter but I think the time has come to re-engage with it. I started following a few of my favourite bloggers (Doug Belsahw, Martin Weller) and I’ve linked the blog to my tweets.
The main reason for the change of heart is that next year our business plan is going to be focussed on web2.0 technologies in schools. Twitter might well be part of that so I need to know what I’m talking about when the moment comes.
You might be thinking with web2.0 we’re a 24 months behind the curve but in our defence our pace is determined somewhat by where our schools are (as well as pushing them gently forward). So the fact that it’s transformational for them is what counts.
